Yes, correct it’s an oil pump but the mystery is what it was from originally.

Might be part of a front plate distributor setup that was powered by the camshaft.

That’s what I’m thinking or maybe 26-27 generator mount but I don’t have any late parts to compare to.

The keyed hole is 1/2 inch.
