It's probably one of the nicer ones of that body style. I see it is a hybrid, updated with many of the improved, later parts including starter and generator. It would be a bargain at half the price.
It could be a fun car.

T he body and top is from two unit buggy. The body and top is worth perhaps $1500, The chasis perhaps $ 1500,. so this T is probably worth about $3000.

Steve you’ve hit the nail on the head. The presentation information is impressive and over the top. I’m still wondering how they arrived that it’s an 09 since it has a generator engine that looks to be in the early 20’s.

Frankenstein or not, and certainly not the belle of the ball, but I appreciate that it still exists. If it could only talk and tell us where it’s been and what it’s seen. I’d send the solid tires to Steve Jeff to improve his mileage on the gravel roads on his next trip.

I don't know WHAT that thing should be called? But it certainly is NOT a 1909 anything! A clown car, circus wagon, South China carriage?
There might be an interesting story behind it? (It looks like something I saw mounted on a wrecking yard sign post years ago?)
I wonder if it was ever actually run that way?

The one interesting thing I noticed, was that the radiator shell actually looks decent? The way the hood lacing is put in? It might actually be an original era accessory for a model T!

It is obviously a horse drawn carriage body similar to this one, grafted onto a T frame. Someone made something with what they had on hand.

One more thing and I’ll shut up. It would actually bring more money if it was sold as an early 20’s running chassis. The buggy coach or what ever that was added as a body.could be sold separately for what it is.
That’s the realistic thing that could be done and it would sell. But it appears the salesman just doesn’t get it.
It eventually will sell but good grief present it for what it really is!

It's probably worth more as parts than as it sits, assuming the buggy parts have not been butchered, and assuming it runs reliabley. But it's worth what someone will pay. If it was mine, I'd consider removing the top assembly, adding late demountable wheels, balloon tires, and the right radiator shell, and enjoying it. It's a good start on a nice Johnny Cash Rustic Custom, or a Mr. Magoo car.

As far as the description, I've seen far worse. Buyer beware, and if you want a truly "original" antique car, especially a pre-1920 model, be sure you know exactly what the car you are looking for should consist of, and have some idea of current market prices, if such exist. A great many sellers of such cars don't know. Some do know, and would just as soon that you didn't. Beware!

The fact that there are many good photos of it is nice. It can plainly be seen what is there. Someone who has Model Ts and buggies could make good use of it. The entire body might be from one rig.
for me, the chance to see the old paint in preserved state and the colors in the aged top are justification to look at this offering several times.

The engine dates many of those parts to a 1923 manufactured on 9 June 1923.

Most of those parts are probably 1923.

The radiator, rear lights, and cowl lights are not even from Fords.
