Fat Man steering wheel can anyone identify.?

I just acquired a load of parts and got this cool looking fat man steering wheel its large double keyway taper fit 1" on top and 1 1/8" at the bottom, its about 16 1/2" without the rim. any ideas? Bob

Having a taper fit at the centre rules it out as a T item. Also, the dish in the wheel is in reverse to the T wheel. That does not mean that it could not be adapted to fit a T.
