I'm curious, since I am not too tech savvy, I wonder what they do?
Maybe update security and 'debug' if needed?

I used to tell people that our job is pretty boring until something goes wrong, then everything is an emergency that needs to be fixed - NOW.

I am surprised how patient everybody was, I did not receive one email about the forum being down.

It reminds me of my friend who described crop dusting as 99% boredom and 1% sheer terror. I'm glad folks are patient and understand these things have to be done.
