where do I find information on how to reset the magnets on the flywheel

If the information is easy to find I've missed it or overlooked it. There is plenty of information on how to set the air gap, but nothing on getting the magnets in the same plane, or the orientation of the magnets. I've removed the magnets from a number of flywheels to get the fly wheel, but never had to put them back on the flywheel
I have access to a KRW gap gauge, but no instructions on how I use it
