Stewart Tire Tool Question

Has anyone ever seen, or used this tool?

I've never used that tool, but OUCH American Brilliant cut glass in good condition has some value! I'm guessing you're not a big fan of the stuff :lol:

I am looking forward to some REAL answers to your question, too ;)

I hope you get some...maybe from Dan Treace??

That tool is one of many types used to pry off or on the clincher tire casing. Tools such as shown in this photo ( that eBay offered Steward tool is the type at 'D") are really helpful for compound lever advantage on clincher tires.

For the detail on the Stewart On and Off....here is the patent and patent summary of use. The flat handle end is digging into the roadway to use leverage of the rotated wheel off the ground to pry off the tire and on with the tire. :
