Running Board Bracket Straightening Jig

Post by Tbird » Tue Aug 22, 2023 9:29 am

Tom Rootlieb made up a jig for straightening running board brackets that is absolutely brilliant! He posted the pictures here on this topic https://www.mtfca.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=38189
This was going to be a daunting task for me as I've never straightened running board brackets before and I was not looking forward to it. I'm making up one for myself and made up a drawing to share with Tom's permission. Feel free to use this and share. This could probably be very helpful for clubs to have one to loan out and share with their members. Enjoy!

Tom asked for a couple corrections for clarification. I re-uploaded the file.
