I am seeking help in mounting the speedometer swivel mount to the right front of my 1924 Touring car. The attached photo shows the assembled mount I am using parts. The Stewart parts #11296 and 11295 photo attached that I have are shown on page 64 of Russ Furstnow's speedometer book. They were correct for years 1923 to 1927. I am using the road gear #11077 for 30 X 31/2 tires. It would be very helpful for me if someone would please post or email photos of how the assembly is mounted to the front spindle.
Also, I presume the designation for the swivel as either RH or LH refers to the right hand or passenger wheel or left hand or driver side mounting system. Please correct me if I am wrong here. Thanks for any help. [/size][/b]

Re: Speedometer Help Needed
It replaces the nut that holds the spindle arm in so is mounted to the front of the spindle. The holes are for a cotter pin.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Thanks Mark. Would you happen to have a photo or two of this mount being used?

Re: Speedometer Help Needed
This is a similar bracket for a Standard speedometer, probably mounted the same, I haven't found the rest of the hardware to complete my installation.
