Rodeo seems to have been taking place in what is now "Jackson Field".
Ninety-nine years later from East Gallego Avenue....

Sure a lot of cars! That was almost 100 years ago! Even before I was born :lol:
Must be Alpine Texas. at least it looks like it. It is not Alpine Ca. where I live.

Looking close at the picture I’m not seeing any kind of fencing for a Rodeo other that the cars in a big circle! I’m wondering if it was a Rodeo or if they were just working a few cattle. Maybe branding the livestock or just dehorning them. Whatever they were doing the cattle would have put some dents or get cut up running into the cars.
