Kinston 5 ball carburetor info?

I'm looking for information on a non-Model T Kingston 5-ball carburetor called the "enclosed pattern" carburetor.

Several sizes & configurations, as you can see the bowl, intake and mounting flange are similar in size on this one with a normal 1910 T model 5 ball. Best John
