Touchberry Family Coast-to-Coast drive
I read on Hemmings this morning that forum member Todd Touchberry and his wife are driving their T from South Carolina to California right now to raise awareness and donations for Hydrocephalus Awareness. They left Friday with a planned 13-day journey. Has anyone here heard from Todd or know their planned route? It would be good for them if we know where they are along the way in case they need Model T assistance.

Todd has been in touch with Orange County MTFC for help with route planning.
Some members will meet him in 29 palms or palm springs to escort his final miles to Huntington beach in their model T's.
I saw the article you mention, Looks like he will be taking highway 10 from Texas.

Frankly couldn't have picked a crappier, more unpredictable time of year to make this long of a tour, but I wish them good luck, safe driving, and of course lots of fun and fund raising. Bless them and their efforts.

Todd and his team will make it to Carlsbad today! Their Coast to Coast drive is very challenging and it's amazing how well their T has been running so far with some over 300 mile days. Check out their journey if you haven't on Facebook or just Google his name to watch several videos.
Several members of our Orange County club plan to drive their T's down to Palm Springs and escort them back to their final West Coast destination in Huntington Beach on the 29th. Hopefully it'll be a grand celebration of a long Coast to Coast trip!
