Bridgeport pump tube removal

Time to restore this Bridgeport pump..... It's a Bridgeport No. 5 I need to get it apart.. Although it's a double barrel Bridgeport pump, I don't believe Ford used the No. 5. This isn't for a show car, so good enough for what I need. Anyway, how are the brass tubes attached to the base? Threaded, pressed in?

David: I have a steel tube, later model and it is threaded. Yours likely is threaded also. jb

Thanks, next question….. trying to find an answer I saw mentioned there were a couple places on these pumps that used left hand threads. I’m guessing right hand on these, but did they by chance use left hand for some reason?
