Once again; unique and interesting pictures. Thank you Tom. We’ve seen that ‘Man Without Hands’ here before. Was he wounded in WW I ? The runabout is a ‘16 but we didn’t commit Pershing’s AEF until 1917. So I’d be interested in the Iowa license plate date. Early twenties? Hands not lost in war ?

Check out the size of that gas tank on the speedster in photo #5 - can't make out the hood writing but they're headed on a heck of a trip with that much gas !!!
