Holly G Brass Float Availability

Post by J1MGOLDEN » Thu Jan 11, 2024 9:08 am

A friend has a couple Model G Holley carbs with the 'newer' composite floats.

The 'G' float is larger in diameter than the 'NH' that has brass floats available.

Some fuels seem to destroy those composite floats!

Does anyone sell a replacement brass 'G' larger diameter float?

The only source I ever heard of for them was Ernie Brown, who passed many years ago. His tooling disappeared.
There was a JD float that people used that would work. Dan

Thanks Dan!

I had the part number for that float, but I cannot find it now.
