KRW Generator Test Meter
Was able to obtain this meter.
Looks pretty easy to use, however before I guess on hooking it up I'll be humble enough to ask first.
How do I use and/or test.

People who wonder if the glass is half empty or half full, miss the point. The glass is refillable.

I have one like it, and also a KR Wilson mag tester which looks like the amp meter. I’ve never known how to use them.

Re: KRW Generator Test Meter
I'll assume it is a regular amperemeter, so setach the wire on the generator and connect to the one terminal om the meter, and do a wire and connect the other terminal to the generator. Start the engine. If the needle goes "negative" swap the wires on the meter.

Re: KRW Generator Test Meter
Connect to output post on the generator cutout not the battery side. The battery side would be same as connecting to battery, that post on the cutout would be same as battery voltage.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Re: KRW Generator Test Meter
Good info. How would the mag tester I have work? One to the mag post and one to a ground on the car? I’m a little afraid to touch anything to the mag post in fear of dis charging the mag

Re: KRW Generator Test Meter
I wonder what the internal load resistance is? I'm sure it's a wound coil of some sort.
