Measurements of top bows as socks,

Post by Wayne Mims » Thu Feb 15, 2024 11:14 am

I have a 1913 touring car and a 14 Touring car the 13 had a top on it that was tore up needs to be replaced. And broken bows , I collected the top socks in pieces for the 14. It turns out that the front bow on the 13 belongs on the 14 and the piece I got for the 14 belongs on the 13. I need measurements of the sockets and the bow if this is hard to understand, send me a PM with your phone number and I will call you to explain. I really need help with this. Thank you.

Where is a bowl used on a Model T? Haven't heard of them!

Hi Larry,
Wayne is referring to bows. He uses voice command so as to not misspell words & the voice command does it for him.🤪
Craig.

This older thread has a reference to John Boorinakis, sounds like he may have the info you seek.
