We just recently purchased this 1914 Model T Truck are doing a deep dive into its past after we found out it has a AACA Senior National First Place Winner badge from 1997 attached to it. After contacting the AACA, we found out the truck was shown by Tom Schenck from East Flat Rock, NC. An internet search led me to his obituary…. He passed away in 2012. Wondering if anyone knew Tom and remembers the truck and might by chance know any of its history.
Thanks in advance!

Nice rig - perhaps make an inquiry over at the MTFCI - that looks like their sticker in the windshield.

Yes. Cute as a bug 1914 T. But how can a cut down touring with a homemade truck bed receive an AACA Senior National First ?

That I don’t know. We haven’t competed with any of our cars in the past and are unfamiliar with the rules and regulations of AACA competitions. I do know it was in Class 22A in 1997 or 1998, but I’m unsure what that class actually had in it.George House wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2024 4:24 pmhow can a cut down touring with a homemade truck bed receive an AACA Senior National First ?
