Is there anyone making a reproduction of this tooling or know where I can purchase an Original Tooling Kit?

Good job you included a photo. Stevens made lots of other tools for working on T's. Dan Hatch supplies the reamers and inserts for that set-up and Jack Putnam was reproducing the frames. Check them out on the forum.

Lee if Jack Putnam has some extra reproductions (very high quality) it will cost you a not insignificant amount of money when you add the reamer and reamer tap that goes with the tool. So I suppose the question is are you wanting the tool for multiple use or do you need it to do your front axle. If that’s the case I would imagine someone near would have one you could use or charge you to do the repair. I understand not wanting to lend it because sometimes people aren’t so careful with someone else’s tools. It’s also the fact that Dan Hatch isn’t sitting flush with spare reamers & tap reamers, while they are magnificent & a great design that Dan developed, the amount of money to have them made means the are made to order prior to a run. With more than 15 cities in the USA named Climax I don’t believe we’d be able to help unless you also added the state your in to your profile. Best John

Jack is no longer making the frame. I contacted him a year or so ago about it. High casting cost and low demand being the reason. They do pop up for sale every once in a while. Best bet is to pay someone to repair your axle.
