Its complicated. Search for some older posts for rewooding a roadster. Rewooding a body without plans or decent original parts to copy is going to be almost impossible.

I have a set of the wood drawings for 15 to 22 Roadster for sale, don't know what the difference for 24 is.

The main sill is 1 1/4" by 3 1/4". The trim is curved to fit the body. The sills are 76 1/2" long

You need a set of wood plans by Mel Miller or Leon Parker.
Someone needs to find out what happened to all of their plans, buy the rights and start reproducing them.
