Rear window shade

Is this 25 T or something else? Can parts be found as it currently does not work. Can fabric be added to make it functional?

Langs shows the fabric and some misc hardware. Best to call them and discuss.

Found this number stamped on the shade bar.

Also, it only turns in one direction and does not seem to spring bar as of it wanted to roll back up.

This task is low on my list.
