Open car floorboard supports

Just wondering when this style of floorboard support was used on the open cars?

That part shouldn't be for open cars. Believe a sedan or coupe metal riser is what you have.

Dan, Thanks for the information. I didn't think that it was right, so wanted to make sure. Those floorboard supports were on the rebuilt body when I bought it.
