Follow the river tour revisited

Post by TWrenn » Sun Jun 09, 2024 12:56 pm

Coupla years ago Mike Parker our club Prez worked up one of the nicest tours we've done. So this winter yours truly asked if we could do it again..of.course he agreed! This is one of the prettiest most scenic tours following a good portion of the Sandusky River. Takes us through a gorgeous covered bridge and last time we toured a grist mill, if it's open on the way back we will stop in again. Got some new attendees this year which is always nice.

Eating now..here's some pics of first part so far. Enjoy...we sure are!

A nice town and the covered bridge is still in service. They are interesting to drive through in a model t.

Back home...some more pics of the last part of our tour. What a great day. Bit windy on the way back to our trailers in Tiffin but we survived. It was nice being in Stanley the Fordor! We stopped and visited a good friend of Joe Bells..what a place and collection they have. I believe their name was Dan & Pat Shields.
They have a couple of the most beautiful "wood T's" you ever laid eyes on!
