Note the outside door handle on the right (near) side door. The Ford factory fore doors for 1912 did not have that, just a simple lever inside the door similar to what later model Ts used.
There have been a few era photos seen that had outside door handles. They sometimes mistakenly get identified as 1912s when in fact they are earlier cars.

Great picture. What I find interesting is the way that the fore doors are attached to the body. I also noticed that the doors do not have the "dip" to meet the lower dash.

Not related to doors, but I see a tag on that windshield frame. Bottom, outside, visible from front. I don't know what type of windshield, probably Rands? Interesting what you see when you are researching and restoring an early brass car. Of course, we don't know if the windshield had come out to, say for example, replace broken glass and they just put it all back together such that the tag reads upside down. We will never know!
