This is not directed at anyone in particular. It seems that lately, there are lots of questions being asked here, with written descriptions only, and no pictures. Lots of us here have seen a lot of things, but none of us are mind readers. It's also more difficult to help the newbies, who may not yet know the proper names of various parts, or the nicknames by which we know them. Of course, not all questions need pictures, (e.g. do I need a water pump? ;) )
