Re: Hey, You!
Interesting remote pull starter in photo 11.
Noted the running board box on the driver's side.

I am always astounded at how cavalier people were about caring for an item they paid hard earned money for.Norman Kling wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2024 11:25 amFourth picture. No wonder so many hoods and fenders have been bent and scratched!

Re: Hey, You!
Well, the Indiana license plate shows 1922 and I’m guessing thats her approximate age. If so, she’s 124 years old now. Forget about it Jerry

Re: Hey, You!
I’m guessing the first photo of the ‘14 touring was taken in 1919. The TEX license plate under the radiator is the 2nd of 3 iterations of the first state issued (1917) license plate. The first version used only 4 numbers and the third, 6 numbers. I also believe the round plate on the left firewall is a 1919 and I’m guessing the round plate on the upper firewall right side is 1918.

The last (3rd) TEX license plate of 1917.

The man in that photo looks a lot like my great grandfather, but the woman not so much like my great grandmother. The photo is at their 50th wedding anniversary celebration in 1958.
