What would these three holes in the front side of the seat base on my 14 been used for?

Not factory - possibly a push/pull switch at some time.

Agree that the holes aren’t original. Something was placed there way back when. Could be almost anything. There was a lot of aftermarket items made for T’s over the years of T production and after.
