Wow ..... Maybe your exhaust valves need to be replaced due to excessive clearance at lifter, and maybe fuel mixture is a bit too lean ?

You're running WAY lean.
Check your carb, as well as look for any intake leaks at the carb to manifold, as well as manifold to block gaskets would be my first places to look.
Other culprits being timing or valve issues.

When I first put mine together, the timing was off and caused the manifold to overheat and glow red. It also showed me that I had a coolant leak in the front cylinder.

Very late timing. That will destroy valves, crack blocks, and fry exhaust manifolds.

I had the same issue with my car when I first started running it. My exhaust pipe would glow red after only a few minutes of running. I was running the car to lean and my timing was off. After fixing those things it did not glow anymore. In the meantime you should be able to set a world record for how fast you can cook meal on a model t!

The exhaust manifold should never glow red, even if you are climbing Pike's Peak.

I have to remind my son quite regularly, start with the simple stuff first.
Fuel too lean, timing too retarded.

PS my son would have the engine pulled out of the car on the garage floor and half way apart by the time I got out to the garage to answer his question about what as causing this condition!!!! The whole time standing there with his phone in hand saying "But Youtube said.........

I had a problem years ago that only one area of the manifold was getting red like that.

I found that due to a bad coil, one cylinder dumped the gas charge in the exhaust manifold, and the next cylinder to fire ignited the charge in the manifold with that discharge, also due to the timing being off.

I have not yet replaced the floor boards from when I swapped out the pedal return springs and for that reason, i caught this very quickly on camera. I forgot to advance the timing, then lowered the throttle, realized that the choke was still pulled out and pushed it in and finally switched over to magneto. by the time I made those four corrections, the exhaust color had instantly improved. Looks like the timing rod needs further adjustment.

The timing rod gets adjusted only to provide spark just after TDC with the spark lever fully retarded.

The engine shouldn't be able to run with the choke out, the throttle advanced, and the spark retarded.

When I bought my 1927, I had to get new floorboards, as those were all covered with a thick layer of carbon, because the exhaust pipe was cherry red and started the fire.

The temperature was only about 40 degrees on that late fall tour in Maine and the owner just thought everyone had started their wood stove early!
