Roadster front top bow length

Post by Xet » Mon Jun 24, 2019 8:05 pm

Can anyone provide the length of the exposed wood on the front bow of a 25 roadster? I just need the exposed wood length from socket to socket (not including the toungs). Thanks!

If I remember back to my roadster top, all the top irons were the same width and lined up when the top was in the folded position. Mixing and matching bows from other tops may or may not produce the results you expect. Match the front iron to your other top irons, that will determine your bow width.

On a 25 the length must be correct so that the clamps which hold the top to the windshield posts will fit correctly. Not too short nor too long. It could vary from one set of irons to another, so be sure it fits.
