Seems to be Goodyear clincher cord tires from the 1920s. ;)

I knew there was a reason I liked that design
As Tom Sellick told Marston in the movie Quigley Down Under, I told you I dont have much use for handguns, I never said I didn't know how to use them!

Some don't like Blockleys because of the tread design, but it's period correct.

The diamond tread pattern on the Goodyears vs the Blockleys isn't the same.

The Goodyear tread is as follows:

3 diamonds
2 diamonds
3 diamonds
2 diamonds
etc.

The Blockley tread is as follows:

2 diamonds
triangle, diamond, triangle*
2 diamonds
triangle, diamond, triangle
etc.
* or diamond with a 90 degree fold
