Hershey Spaces Wanted

I am planning on going to Hershey this year but I don’t have any spaces.
Does anyone have a couple of spaces you are not using that you would lease out?

Be careful with this, there is a long list of Hershey rules.
It could get you and the site "owner" permanently kicked out if the offense is bad enough.

Hershey Eastern Fall
2025 Flea Market

Hold on to your hats boys and girls! An unexpected but welcomed opportunity has come to AACA members who would like to be a flea market vendor at the 2025 Eastern Division Fall Nationals also known as the Hershey Fall Meet.

This year the Hershey Region is able to sell a limited number of flea market spaces onsite. You will not be in the official program book. You will be able to be a vendor as long as you follow all the flea market guidelines.

On behalf of all our members and the national club we want to thank the Hershey Region for going the extra mile to accommodate more vendors this year.

The following will give you the details you need to know:

• Completed at the car corral shed. See map below. Behind Giant Center, near Car Corral, follow signs to Flea Market On-Site Registration.

• Hours for space selling: only 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday October 6, 2025.

• Credit Card or Cash ONLY – no checks! Cost of space $135 each.

• Up to 3 spaces 10x30 (each space), depending upon availability. No large vehicles or large trailers.

• Must be an AACA member – enrollment in National AACA will be available on-site.

• Vendors must have valid ID.

• Upon completed registration, vendors will receive window stickers and packet of information.

• Please have this email with you to present to traffic control. They will be notified about the same day registration but just to be safe we are suggesting this.

• Spaces will be assigned by Region staff based on availability.

• Only motor vehicles 25 years or older, parts, accessories and certain automotive related items 25 years old or older may be sold.

That’s a first for Hershey selling unwanted spaces
I know the show is getting smaller every year not much of big corporate vendors anymore

Maybe because I emailed them and asked them about getting spaces. Only thing is, I can’t be there on Monday. I can only get there on Wednesday….
