I remember the same Bill Williamson appearing on the TV show Real People in the 1970s. He's been discussed on the MTFCA forum in the past.

I was thinking about a Dog driving a Model T the last few days. I remember watching it on TV years ago, and I'm glad to see that he is still training his Dog to drive. Thanks for the video.
