Identifying Top Socket Years

Post by Wobbly Dave » Fri Feb 27, 2026 8:33 pm

Is there an easy way to identify if a set of top sockets are for a 1926 touring car? I have searched and cannot seem to find a way to be sure. Thanks.

All '26 - '27 top irons, both Touring & Runabout have a slight curve where they attach to the body iron - '25 & earlier are straight at the attachment point.
