Number between valves

Post by kernelpanic » Sat Mar 21, 2026 3:17 pm

Hi,

Since I pulled the generator and vaporizer out, I thought I would use that opportunity and pull the valve cover off too and just take a look. Between the valves I found the number 23. Is that the production year? It’s a 1927 T, but it has the hole for the throttle linkage. The engine number says it’s a January 1927 engine.

Thanks
Moritz
