checking out a timer relocator

Post by thom » Wed Jan 22, 2020 8:28 pm

A good friend has a timer relocator that I am going to go have a look at. He's pretty sure he has the gear for the cam. I hope so. I guess the relocator isn't worth anything without it. He thinks it includes a "modern looking" distributor cap and wires. That part I don't much like. I really don't want a modern looking cap and wires under my T hood. I hope, if he has it all that it will accept the New Day timer that I have on my car now. What's the chance?
He's sure it is not a distributor with points and condenser because it was used on a car that still had the four buzz coils operating. I hope it's a Thomas relocator.

If it doesn’t accept the new day timer and you AREN’T interested in it, please let me know as I could be interested in it.
Thank you
