It's only take me over a year to get here, but my quest to create new brush plates and manufacture all components is now complete, save for the 3rd brush holders which are available from Snyders or reuse yours.
I now make everything in the pictures. All new brush plates are copper plated.
Generator version comes with a new 3rd brush bolt, nut & washer.
