1915 engine block in great shape. 11/27/15 casting date. Was on a working engine when I took it apart. Was stored safely in No humidity New Mexico since.
It is now with me in Wisconsin. I don't need it as I am restoring a 14 touring.
$400 OBO. We will need to figure out pickup or shipping.

The engine is actually for a 1916 year car. That would be five months into the 1916 production year.

Sorry! Thanks. I stand corrected. I had asked a few friends. I did confirm that the model year 1916 went from August 1916 to August 1917 according to "Model T Ford, The Car That Changed The World" page 195.
This engine block is 989,633.
Anyway I am going to reduce the price so I can make room from my 1914 once it is restored. Nice 1916 block. $300 OBO
