Maybe there's some much earlier K-W's I'm not familiar with but those look like Heinze coils to me. Certainly very similar to the Heinze I have in my '13. They too had a couple of slight variations from year to year for that matter. Just a thought.

Would you be interested in selling the coils separately? They are actually Heinze coils in a KW box. Many thanks!

Ooops multiple issues here. Kw coil box with brass locking latches instead of hook latches… kw switch upside down. Heinze coils in box. Test the secondaries to see if they are good Melba. Then sell coils individually based on that.

The coilbox with Corbin "lunch box" type latches are from 1913, as the Heinze coils in the box. The Upside down switch is KW.
The second photo is a different coil box
