FS 1912 Ford T Frame Speedster

1912 Ford T Frame that had been modified for a speedster that resembled Frank Kulick's T speedster from way back in the day. I've double checked and I am sure it is a 1912 frame. Asking $800. Located about an hour north of Detroit, MI or 20 minutes SW of Port Huron, MI.

How far back is the second crossmember located? And is the hand brake quadrant located in the correct location relative to the second crossmember location?
