1915 Model T Ford Car
1915 Model "T" Ford. The 1915 Model T Ford was manufactured and sold in the late 1915. There were 989 built that were all aluminum rear body panel. In mid 1915 Ford changed to a steel body but the body style didn't change through 1916. This is the all steel body which is the 1916 and the last year of the brass radiator and headlights. There were only 1,859 built. There were only 1,859 built of this style. The 1915 was the first Sedan built. Prior to this, they were all open touring cars (convertibles). Henry Ford's own Dr. owned a model just like this one. It was the most expensive model of it's time. This vehicle is probably one of 10-15 now in existence. A very rare car! For more information call Clayton Hackett at 928-301-4530.

And, as you say, it is a rare model.
You'll do prospective buyers a favor by defining exactly where the gas tank is located. That will help to define when it was made and will surely be of interest to a serious buyer.

What method are you using to date the car? What is the engine serial number? When did you move to Cortez Colorado from California ?Claytonhackett wrote: ↑Sat Mar 11, 2023 7:02 pm1915 Model "T" Ford. Would this "sedan" be the Centerdoor that so many people dread, yet so many others really love? This style car is probably one of the most "cut and dried", you either like 'em or hate 'em style car Henry made.

Re: 1915 Model T Ford Car
Perhaps this is the rare, one-of-a-kind, Self Driving Center Door Model T which was built especially for Henry Ford's favorite foxhound, Marvin.

Re: 1915 Model T Ford Car
According the picture, it's reddish brown, with what looks like an auxiliary transmission shift lever next to the driver's seat. Yes, it was/is a Center Door Sedan
