Re: WTB Two 1911 Model T tools
After warding off three scam artists trying to sell me wrenches, using the pictures I posted, I am still positive and looking for these two remaining wrenches. I know some Model T member has one laying on their shelf looking for a good new home. Need help to complete my Tool Kit.

The first thing you need to see is the page in the parts book for 1911 or 1912 showing what the tools look like. Work from there. The tools pictured in the parts books are generally a year behind actual use. There will be no Ford script on any tool for a 1911 aside from the band wrench.

Re: WTB Two 1911 Model T tools
I have used for referenced "The 1911 Model T Ford Tool Kit" by Royce Peterson, of which I have been lead to believe to be a fairly extensive and accurate article on the subject. I have been using this for my search as well as the pictures I have posted. I also have an original July 1, 1911 "Price List of Parts" (My Touring is an August 15, 1911 Engine No. 64xXX and as verified at the Benson Research Library in Dearborn, MI.) Using a magnifying glass it looks like the makings of the T 1903 Pliers and the T 1387 Adjustable Wrench are similar to the Peterson article. A friend of mine has original January 1, 1911 and the December 1, 1911 Price Lists of Parts brochures/catalogs which I will try to take a look at. I guess the only thing that is consistent with our Model T's is that we, at 100 plus years, take the care, strive, and research for authenticity while Old Henry said "JUST SHIP IT". So, what is the real answer? I appreciate any and all input in my quest, but most importantly I need your help to find these last two tools to complete my tool it. Thank you. AL
