WTB Boyco Can Lids
I would like to buy some Boyco Gas, Oil, and Water can lids. Do you know a source?
Do you know what size these lids are - diameter and thread? I have seen some suggestions in previous posts, but I have not been successful in finding lids that fit my cans?
Thanks

a lid from a rectangular 1 gal solvent can should fit (as I recall)
or measure your can's opening and look here: https://www.houseofcans.com/screw-cap-c ... ned-caps#1 This link will show what's commercially available so that you can seek that size/style in smaller quantities

Hi James "Don'tKnow----" LOL If you are successful finding a suitable lid please post your discovery! I know there are a few guys that have been looking. I do have one cap that has some damage but since I seldom actually use my cans it's not high on the list. I've struggled with sealing the cap on my gas can so it doesn't leak. If I could find a suitable lid I would use it to make a spout!
Good Luck

Re: WTB Boyco Can Lids
I understand that Nostalgic Reflections reproduces some nice very hard to find parts and labels and it costs them to make them. If I (personally) were going to spend that kind of money for lids, I would prefer to buy original lids which also happen to have the cans with them.
I will look into the other suggestions.
Someone has probably solved this problem of missing lids.
Thanks for the suggestions.

You should put this search on the discussion section. Wow Reflections sure makes some nice items!! I'm betting the link Scott posted would have caps that fit the Boyco cans. It looked like the $65 lids were sourced and then later stamped with the lettering?

If not my previous site (for research) then here: https://www.thecarycompany.com/containe ... s/threaded
can lid threads are a standard, so all you really need is the diameter in inches or mm and just get what you want

Not sure if it changed but last time I tried to order with them they had a min order of $200. Maybe it's changed. Let us know if you go this route.
