Those are not rims. They are wheel felloes (wheels missing the spokes and hubs).

Steel felloes, most likely Hayes by the depressions to accommodate the foot on Hayes fixed lug rims. Likely 23"

Looks like metal to me, not wood.

Hi Melba, thanks for letting me swing by today to pick up the felloes!

Guys, Melba is Forrest O'Keene's daughter. Forrest used to be very active in the Midwest model T scene. He and his family used to bring a trailer of parts to many of the Midwest swap meets. Many times theirs was the only swap spot offering Model T parts. They don't travel any more due to Forrest's ill health, but Melba is doing her best to continue to make their extensive collection of parts available to the rest of the Model T community. :)
