I ran this electric water pump for years on my speedster. The hot flathead needed a pump but the belt driven pumps wouldn’t work with my alternator/oil pump combination. Removed recently as I have jumbled things up a bit and now run a belt driven pump. I never had any charging problems using one of the little Hitachi alternators, but did switch to LED bulbs to reduce electrical draw. This pump can fit below a belt driven alternator, and simply clamps into the lower hose. Harness also has a temp sensor for dash gage. As removed complete with wire harness and thermostatic relay so it only pumps when needed. This is not a “booster” pump, it’s rated at somethin like 60 gpm! Simply clamp this pump in place of the lower water pipe with 2 longer hose segments. I’ll even throw in a length of straight hose. $150 includes shipping in the lower 48. Email thru forum please
