Brian,
If the bumpers are for your runabout you should know the Ford rear bumpers use different brackets for different body styles. The runabout and coupe have the spare tire angled forward so sticks out farther away near the bottom, so uses a longer bumper bracket to clear the spare. The split rear bumper is Canadian.

Sorry, should have specified further, the rear split bumper would be for a 27 Canadian Touring with the spare mounted on the rear.
