I have a Fronty S head that has the same rockers, they are Nash but I don't know what year or model.

You might want to contact http://www.rockerarms.com/ they have made rockers for guys in the past for Frontenac and other OHVs. If you have a rocker to send they will match the profile and lift and make you a full set.
