PG&E wheels are steel 12 spoke wheels. They were made by Atlas Wheel Co. What kind of questions did you have? Unfortunately I don’t know of any for sale currently.

You might post this on the general forum. More eyes on it. I recall a post about the wheels along with the hub caps you are looking for but could not locate the post, must have been a really long time ago.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!
