6 volt Cutout -
Thought it was a good one. Some posts have pointed out that it is no good. I have discarded it.

Re: 6 volt Cutout
Thats one of them cheap generator killers. Throw it away or use it for a diode conversion.
They were $29 new.

Re: 6 volt Cutout
i AGREE THIS IS A POOR MODERN PRODUCTION. DO NOT USE THIS. YOU WILL OVERHEAT YOUR GENERATOR AND RUIN A BATTERY.

Re: 6 volt Cutout -
Send the top can out to Jeff (Admin). He needs them to use in making the new VR’s. It’s much better than having it sit in a bucket in your shed and it helps our hobby.

Re: 6 volt Cutout -
Jeff was wanting "original" can tops - not repros - he's having new cans produced now.

Its good for a diode update (good insulation) & save as a spare.
The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.
