Fronty header flanges

Post by Kevin Pharis » Sat Apr 27, 2024 10:38 pm

Only needed 1… wound up making 10!

Set of 3 flanges made from 1/2” thick mild steel and will fit T/S model Fronty heads... maybe others. 2-3/4” bolt centers and 1-5/8” thru. These are laser cut then chamfered in the CNC. 3 sets available - $65 + shipping

Turns out that a T/S model Fronty head has an exhaust port bolt spacing of 2-11/16”. Holes in the flanges have been reworked, and my dad has been reminded that guessing is not an accurate form of measurement😉

Close counts for some stuff... Had the same problem with some carb flanges recently, luckily the boo boo fit other carbs I had. funny how 1/16th makes a difference
