FS: "MESCO" Brass Klaxon Horn Needs Work $10

FS: One "MESCO" brass electric klaxon horn. Needs a total restoration, there are holes drilled and some fatigue cracks in the bell, and the mechanism has some badly rusted parts. I'm never going to get around to restoring this one, so here it is. Asking $10 not including shipping.
