Most likely 3.5" The front one is a Chev rim with the slotted lug near the valve stem hole that is in the wrong place for a T. It is likely a bit wider too, but can be made to fit a T if the valve hole is welded shut and re-drilled in the correct spot. Good ones are hard to find, so these two may fill the bill nicely for someone.

Because the valve stem hole is so close to the slotted lug, when the mounted tyre and tube are fitted to the wheel, the valve stem has to be dropped into the felloe hole, so the nearby lug has to be slotted to drop over the rim bolt. That slotted lug is a give-away that the rim is not a Ford rim, but it can be modified to fit.
